TIPS TO PREVENT STRESS



Stress is a problem that often occurs in a person, stress usuallyoccurs when someone gets a nervous breakdown when faced avery difficult problem or when a person can not achieve or hopethat something very wanted.
To be able to prevent stress, you can perform the following steps:

  1. Know clearly what are the things that cause stress.
  2. After knowing the cause, avoid things that cause these.
  3. Confront the problem calmly and patiently.
  4. Set goals and expectations to reality.
  5. Spend time each day to relax.
  6. Apply self reflection techniques such as yoga and meditation.
  7. Surrender and pray in the power of the most important thing inmengahadpi issue.
