Stress is a problem that often occurs in a person, stress usuallyoccurs when someone gets a nervous breakdown when faced avery difficult problem or when a person can not achieve or hopethat something very wanted.
To be able to prevent stress, you can perform the following steps:
- Know clearly what are the things that cause stress.

- Confront the problem calmly and patiently.
- Set goals and expectations to reality.
- Spend time each day to relax.
- Apply self reflection techniques such as yoga and meditation.
