TIPS TO OVERCOME STOMACH BLOATING



A sense of bloating in the abdomen can occur when your body condition is not healthy or the fault of the food consumed.

Some tips in dealing with flatulence:

  1. Eat foods that contain lots of fiber and easily digested soeasily absorbed by the body.
  2. Avoid cabbage, broccoli, cabbage and other foods that contain gas
  3. Exercise regularly and routinely.
  4. Chew food at least 32 times as recommended by health experts.
