TIPS TO OVERCOME DIFFICULTY SLEEPING



Having tired of doing everyday activities, rest and sleep are thethings we want most. But it is often when we want our sleep even difficult to sleep. This can happen because of many contributing factors, among others, are the many problems that interfere withour minds.

Here are tips to overcome sleep difficulties:

  1. Specify the same bedtime every night.
  2. Avoid napping too long.
  3. Create a quiet room and attach your favorite fragrances.
  4. Do light stretching before bed
  5. Praying is the most important thing before you sleep
