UNDERSTANDING ANXIETY DISORDERS



This is the body's normal response when we are faced with a situation that is unpleasant or dangerous. However, when the response in the form of severe, stress anxiety or even panic attacks that occur even when no actual danger to trigger abnormal symptoms.

Most people experience anxiety from everyday problems, and many people may even experience panic attacks. But the disruption kecemasanmenjadi problems when they continue to occur. Recurrent anxiety symptoms may indicate that a person can suffer from Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). All of this is anxiety disorder related to one form or another.

Symptoms of anxiety often lasts a few minutes to an hour, according to the level of symptoms, usually gets worse over time.It should be noted that there are many natural ways to overcome anxiety. Many people do not like taking medication to overcome emotional and mood disorders, or conditions such as anxiety or panic attacks. In some cases the published side effects of drugs end up being bad or worse than the anxiety itself.

There are five main areas that we focus to helping people improve their condition both mentally and physically they are as follows:

  1. Food - eating the right type and amount of foods consistently
  2. Water - make sure that enough is consumed every day
  3. Exercise - not the type of exercise such as lifting heavy iron, but the type of moderate exercise.
  4. Sleep - get the right amount:, ysitu 7-9 hours per night for an average adult.
  5. Restricting substances-which includes not mengkobsumsi nasties substances such as nicotine, marijuana or other hard drugs, or too much alcohol, but also things like excess sugar can have a detrimental effect on the metabolism and result in reduced energy and lethargic.
