Avoiding scaly skin
According to the dermatologist, the occurrence of scaly skin is due to deficiency of vitamin A in our body. Intake of vitamin A are highly recommended by a dermatologist because it is very useful for our skin. To prevent and avoid the occurrence of scaly skin rajinlah should consume:
- Vegetables vegetables that contain lots of vitamin A such as broccoli, carrots and others.
- Drink milk because milk is a source of vitamin A.
- Cope with dry skin and dull
Discoloration of the skin can be affected by weather and air, dry air and the weather is very hot can cause the skin to become dull and stiff. Some ways to prevent and deal with is:
- Use a moisturizer (lotion) are safe and fit to skin type
- Consumption of vitamin E
- Consumption of foods that contain lots of antioxidants.
