DENTAL CARE TIPS TO STAY HEALTHY



To keep the teeth remain in good health, provide the nutrientsneeded by the whole structure of the teeth and gums. As a form ofday care ¬ day, you should try the following tips:

  1. Avoid foods that are sticky on the teeth, because it will leavespots.
