TIPS KEEPING BONES JOINTS



Pain in joints often suffered by the elderly, this can be preventedand cured by:

  1. Exercise routinely and regularly. Perform exercise minmal 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week
  2. Maintain ideal body weight to keep it
  3. Avoid activities that are too burdensome joints
  4. Drink plenty of water
  5. When the joints start to ache immediately consult a doctor
