We realize that sometimes the stress has become part of daily life because so many factors that trigger stress it. Household conditions, employment conditions, economic conditions also become one of the triggers someone to be stressed
But we must not let it continue to happen, we must strive to avoid and stop it, there are a few tips to stop the stress:
- Do things that make our life happy
- Make our hobby as a fun hobby, especially for those of you who like to exercise
- Togethers with friends and sharing stories
- Watch comedy shows and listen to a joke
- Wake up, way way to the park while enjoying the warm morning sun.
- Yoga is also helpful for you
- Eating something that became a favorite with you but keep in mind sometimes stress can arise because of the food and drinks. So you should be avoiding some foods and drinks that can trigger stress
- Rest of good and sufficient
