FRUITS ARE SLIMMING? BANANA FRUIT TO DIET



Diet is not a good reason to avoid foods that containcarbohydrates. Carbohydrates play a very important to meet thebody's energy source. Within one day, 50% carbohydrate intakerequired by the body.
